A hospitality management company in Selangor is looking for a Reservation Coordinator to handle bookings and ensure guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing reservations, coordinating with vendors, offering customer support, analyzing sales performance, and collaborating with marketing teams to attract customers. Ideal candidates should be proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with experience in sales, customer service, and strong communication skills. Booking Management & Coordination
Manage bookings and reservations for villa and hotel properties, ensuring smooth operations and a positive guest experience. Coordinate closely with site teams, vendors, partners, and suppliers to ensure room readiness, service quality, and guest satisfaction.
Vendor & Partner Coordination
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to coordinate operational needs, resolve service issues, and ensure timely delivery of required services or products. Maintain good working relationships to support smooth daily operations.
Customer Service
Serve as the main point of contact for guests by handling inquiries, providing support, and resolving issues throughout their stay. Ensure prompt and professional responses to booking requests, complaints, and feedback through phone, email, and online platforms.
Sales Reporting & Performance Analysis
Track, analyze, and report sales performance, including booking trends, occupancy rates, and revenue. Support management in reviewing pricing strategies and promotional plans based on performance data.
Collaboration with Marketing
Work closely with the marketing team to execute online and offline marketing strategies to attract guests. Manage promotions and partnerships with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Agoda, Booking.com, and others to increase visibility and bookings.
Event & Group Booking Coordination
Assist with group bookings and special events by coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and partners to meet guests’ requirements. Ensure all arrangements are properly planned, communicated, and executed.
Sales Allocation & Sales Achievement
Manage the systematic filtering and allocation of guest inquiries. Review inquiry details to understand guests’ needs and ensure each inquiry is effectively followed up. Actively engage in sales activities, follow up on leads, generate new business opportunities, and work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage
Proven experience in corporate sales and customer service; experience in the hotel or homestay industry is a plus
Outgoing personality; enjoys interacting and communicating with customers
Strong team player with high commitment and ability to perform under pressure
Able to work independently, mobile, and maintain consistent work quality
Highly committed with a strong sense of urgency toward deadlines
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and growing environment where accountability, quality, and timeliness are key
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other basic computer skills
Willing and able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Entitled to all Selangor public holidays
