Job description

Responsible for the design and R&D of the intelligent computing center's IaaS infrastructure to build a stable and efficient computing foundation. Lead the selection, testing, and verification of hardware such as GPU/CPU/domestic chips to ensure platform performance and compatibility. Design and optimize computing, storage, and network architectures to support large model training, inference, and multi-tenant high-concurrency scenarios. Promote the implementation of virtualization, containerization, and bare-metal scheduling technologies to achieve computing pooling and efficient resource utilization. Responsible for the construction of infrastructure operation and maintenance toolchains, automated deployment, and elastic scaling capabilities. Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure that the underlying architecture meets regulatory and compliance requirements in cross-border intelligent computing scenarios. Connect with vendors and ecological partners to continuously optimize the infrastructure capabilities of the Intelligent Computing Center.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Systems, or related majors.
  • Proficiency in English, with cross-border vendor communication and technical document output capabilities.
  • Proficient in Linux kernel, virtualization (KVM, VMware), and container (Docker, K8s) technologies.
  • Familiar with distributed storage (Ceph, Lustre), high-speed interconnection networks (InfiniBand, RoCE), and architectures such as Nvidia Super Pod.
  • Understand GPU/AI accelerators (CUDA, ROCm, domestic GPU SDK) and their computing scheduling mechanisms.
  • Experience in R&D/optimization of large-scale data centers, supercomputing platforms, or cloud computing infrastructure is preferred.
  • Familiar with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automated operation and maintenance tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
  • Possess experience in hardware selection, performance tuning, and system integration.
