About the Role

We’re looking for individuals who are curious about people, business, and how organizations work to join us as a Researcher or Consultant.

You’ll learn how to assess markets, manage client expectations, and design strategies to identify the right people when the obvious answers aren’t available.

What you'll be doing

As a Researcher

Map the market and identify potential talent pools for specific client requirements.

Research company structures, industry competitors, and candidate availability.

Support the team with insights on compensation, hiring trends, and key movements.

Prepare candidate briefs, project trackers, and presentation materials.

Work closely with consultants to shape sourcing strategies and outreach plans.

As a Consultant (upon readiness or experience)

Manage recruitment assignments end-to-end, from client briefing to candidate presentation.

Engage clients to understand their business challenges and hiring needs.

Develop creative and targeted search strategies for niche or high-impact positions.

Conduct interviews and provide consultative advice on market fit.

Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and candidates.
