A leading technology firm in Cyberjaya is seeking a Research Associate to assist with user-studies, maintain research equipment, and help recruit participants. The ideal candidate will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, be tech-savvy, and able to adapt to changes quickly. This is a 3-month contract position requiring full vaccination and in-office work.

Research Associate - Job Responsibilities

Priorities can often change in a fast‑paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

• Assists with the execution of user‑studies including setup, breakdown, intake/outtake of participants, data collection and transfer, and other research related activities
• Maintain devices and equipment
• Assist with recruiting participants through internal or external recruiting methods
• Run selected studies and support all User Research staff in day‑to‑day tasks

Knowledge & Skills

• Good interpersonal communication (both written and verbal)
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Should be a bit tech savvy – The person should have basic troubleshooting exposure
• Exposure on Apple/Android devices will be an added advantage

• Ability to adapt to changes in study schedule and scope
• Quick learner that enjoys tackling a large variety of problems
• Must be able to handle a variety of responsibilities
• Duration: 3 months contract
