The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a researcher or analyst and possess excellent research synthesis and problem-solving skills. Knowledge Services comprises an international team of 180 staff providing Research and Knowledge Management support to consultant teams globally. We are looking for an experienced Researcher to join our team who will support our consultants by sourcing and synthesizing market data, industry developments and company information necessary for the successful execution of client projects and business development initiatives.
This role requires direct ownership of research and the ability to independently triage workflow. The role requires the ability to develop strong relationships with consulting teams and help consultants to scope and develop their research needs, conduct timely, accurate and cost-effective research for focused needs, and deliver compelling synthesized end products which includes some analysis.
The development focus will be toward Energy and Natural Resources specialization. This will further enhance your output by partly improving your synthesis or data by incorporating some analysis and/or interpretation of the results (the “so-what”) based on your growing understanding and knowledge about the subject matter.
You will also begin to take coaching responsibilities for more junior research colleagues and provide ad hoc programmatic analysis of key business drivers related to the different practices.
