Job Description

• Consolidate and prepare monthly/quarterly business reports on service level performance across various service lines (i.e. technology delivery and operations).
• Monitor service delivery and operational levels against agreed key performance metrics (KPIs), discuss and follow up on corrective actions as required.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and insights.
• Create reports and dashboards for use in centre management forums.
• Work closely with service delivery and operations team leads and management team and provide strategic insights on service improvement and optimization opportunities.
