An aviation repair company based in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Manager to manage customer relationships and identify new leads in the Middle East. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in aviation repair sales, is fluent in English and Arabic, and possesses strong interpersonal skills. This role requires frequent travel for client meetings and participation in trade fairs.

Keep a complete updated map of potential customers in the Middle East Region
Understand current relations between Skyways Technics and all current and future customers
Manage the sale to current key customers
Continuously identify new leads related to current and future customers
Identify the key decision makers at potential customers in charge of structural repairs
Travel frequently for key meetings with stakeholders
Develop and maintain solid relationships with key decision makers and senior management executives
Gather market intelligence regarding the current solutions provided to customers
Build and sell tailor‑made offers depending on the specific expectations of the customer and various local requirements
Negotiate and close long‑term agreements
Ensure the contracted service levels are in accordance with the customer’s and Skyways Technics’ expectations
Support and be the focal point for the others entities need related to in‑house repair
Build business cases and present them to management
Participate in exhibitions and trade fairs, travelling to meet the customers at least once a month
With a proven track record in aviation repair sales and ideally within the Middle East region
Fluent in English and Arabic reading, writing, and speaking
Has strong interpersonal skills and a true entrepreneurial mindset
Strong team player
With deep intercultural awareness
Curious, rigorous, attentive to detail, dynamic, self‑motivated, and hungry for the challenge
Able to multitask, while understanding and solving complex problems
