Performance Analytics: Review and analyze regional rental collection data to identify trends, payment gaps, and opportunities for process optimization.

Strategic Planning: Design and implement customized action plans tailored to specific regions, product types, and customer segments to improve recovery rates.

Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive monthly performance reviews to senior management, highlighting key findings, and initiative progress.

Operational Execution: Distribute actionable strategies across the organization and rigorously monitor results to ensure KPIs are met.

Process Improvement: Continuously refine collection workflows to reduce delinquency and improve organizational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

Proven track record in rental collections, installment-based payments, or credit analysis, with a focus on developing recovery strategies.

Advanced Excel skills are a must (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data modeling). Experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) is a plus.

Strong ability to transform complex data sets into clear, actionable business insights and strategic plans.

Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
