Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or professional degree in Business or Engineering (Electrical)
• 1–2 years of working experience in Electrical, Project management or Construction industry
• Knowledge and experience in Solar PV systems and PVSYST software is an added advantage
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to lead a team of engineers and collaborate with top management

Responsibilities

• Organize and control the preparation and execution of Renewable Energy construction projects.
• Develop detailed timelines and milestones for project delivery.
• Manage project budgets, contracts, and cost schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain project documentation, safety compliance, and quality control.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by top management
