Qualifications

• Experience in scriptwriting, content writing, copywriting, or a related field.
• Strong interest in short-form video content and understanding of what makes people stop scrolling.
• Experience writing scripts for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms.
• Strong storytelling and research skills; ability to turn an idea or trend into an engaging story.
• Creative and curious with the ability to generate fresh content angles, hooks, and concepts.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to manage multiple content projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Research & ideate – Spot trending topics and viral content to develop fresh video ideas.
• Write scroll-stopping scripts with hooks, storylines, dialogue, pacing, and calls-to-action.
• Build content concepts turning research into clear angles for on-camera execution.
• Support content production with interview questions, discussion points, and briefs for talents.
• Collaborate with content, production, creative, and marketing teams to turn scripts into finished videos.
• Learn what works by reviewing performance and iterating on future scripts.
