Job summary

JAC Recruitment International is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing professional to drive growth in the Johor territory, working from home. You will develop new distributors, maintain existing partners, and lead a sales team to meet targets while monitoring collections and exploring campaigns to boost revenue.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in FMCG sales, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel to KL for meetings. Degree in business/marketing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Business Studies, marketing or its equivalent.
• 3-5 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in FMCG.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new distributors and wholesalers, and convert them into customers.
• Maintain existing distributors and wholesalers and build key customer relationships.
• Lead, develop and manage the sales team to ensure effective sales processes and activities.
• Monitor collections and identify opportunities for campaigns, events, services, and distribution channels to grow sales.
• Support new product developments to meet customer needs.
