Job summary

TELUS Digital is recruiting quality assurance specialists to validate LLM-generated scripts in Malay English (Manglish) for a Speech-to-Text project. You will review scripts with predefined headers, check for incomplete sentences and grammar errors, and ensure naturalness and colloquial accuracy as part of a remote QA workflow.

The role runs July 2026–September 2026, at about 20 hours per week, as an independent contractor.

Qualifications

• Native Malay speaker with strong English (Manglish) proficiency
• Excellent grammar, natural phrasing and colloquial accuracy
• Keen attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
• Familiarity with QA workflows and digital QA tools such as FTS

Responsibilities

• Review and validate LLM-generated Malay-English (Manglish) scripts for grammar, completeness and naturalness
• Process and QA sample batches using the FTS platform
• Flag linguistic issues and edge cases for escalation to the team
• Ensure scripts are suitable for audio recording and speech-recognition development
