Job summary

TELUS Digital AI Data Solutions is seeking quality assurance specialists to validate Malay English (Manglish) scripts for a Speech-to-Text project. You will review LLM-generated content for grammar, completeness, and naturalness, using the FTS platform to flag issues and ensure high-quality audio scripts for model development.

The role is remote, 20 hours per week, from July 2026 to September 2026, with payments at $4.50 USD per hour. Independent contractor arrangement; Hyperwallet payments.

Qualifications

• Native Malay speaker with strong attention to details.
• Good understanding of Malaysian English colloquialisms and dialect variations.
• Experience in language QA, QA testing, or linguistic work preferred.
• Ability to use FTS and other QA tools.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate LLM-generated Malay English (Manglish) scripts for grammatical accuracy and naturalness.
• Identify incomplete sentences and critical errors, flag linguistic inconsistencies.
• Process QA batches via the FTS platform and escalate edge cases as needed.
