Job summary

Seed Light PLT is seeking a UX/UI designer for a remote, full-time role (also open to contract or internship). You will design how digital products work, from user flows and wireframes through to finished screens, with workflows that overlap Malaysia office hours.

Responsibilities include mapping flows, wireframing, creating comprehensive screen states, building and maintaining a shared component set, and observing real users to fix confusing screens.

Qualifications

• Portfolio with flows and reasoning is required.
• Able to explain design decisions and their impact.
• Strong Figma skills including components and variants.
• Design for edge cases: long names, empty lists, slow connections, errors.
• Experience handing work to developers and staying involved during build.

Responsibilities

• Map the flow before drawing a screen: what happens, in what order, and what can go wrong
• Wireframe, then design the finished screens once the structure is agreed
• Design the full set of states, not the happy path alone
• Build and maintain the components so an application stays consistent as it grows
• Watch real people use it, and change what confused them
