Job summary

The Cigna Group seeks a Quality Review & Audit Supervisor for its Payment Integrity Pre-Payment Team in International Markets. You will lead regional staff to identify questionable claims and ensure timely, compliant review of payments.

Responsibilities include overseeing KPIs, coaching team members, and coordinating with cross-functional partners to mitigate risk and improve processes across global operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in health insurance or international health care exposure.
• Experience in a Payment Integrity function is preferred.
• Fluency in foreign languages is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional prepayment team to identify non-payments and potential fraud, waste and abuse.
• Execute departmental plans, monitor KPIs and report PI savings accurately.
• Coach and develop PI Pre-Payment staff across international markets.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Balance workload, manage referrals, and drive timely claim reviews.
• Collaborate with PI management, Network, Medical Economics and MIU.
