• Knowledge of agency and investor guidelines.
• DE, LAPP, and SAR certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Prefunding QC loan audits on assigned loan population.
• Conduct risk evaluations on mortgage loans.
• Complete complex analyses on various loan products.
• Evaluate underwriting decisions effectively.
