Job summary

TELUS Digital AI Data Solutions is seeking native Malay language speakers for a short-term language QA project focused on validating scripts for audio recording in the Malaysian context. You will review transcripts for natural phrasing, grammar, and dialect accuracy to support speech recognition development.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• Native speaker of Malay language
• Strong understanding of Malaysian English colloquialisms and dialect variations
• Keen attention to detail and ability to identify grammatical inconsistencies
• Ability to use FTS platform and other digital QA tools
• Stable internet connection for the duration of the project
• Device to access the FTS platform
• Prior experience in language QA, language assessment, or linguistic work preferred
