Job summary

innovasion pte ltd is seeking a junior designer with 1-3 years of experience to support senior designers across branding, marketing, presentations, and digital products. You will translate concepts into polished visual solutions for digital production, collaborating with programmers to ensure feasibility and quality.

Ideal candidates will have strong typography, layout, color, and design principles, plus a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience as a designer.
Strong visual fundamentals and curiosity for digital experiences.
Ability to translate ideas into visual outcomes.

Responsibilities

Create polished visual designs across branding, marketing, presentations, campaigns, and digital experiences.
Design with consideration for how users experience and interact with digital products.
Use Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design tools to develop visual solutions.
Create and prepare visual designs, assets, and references to support digital production.
Work closely with programmers and developers to translate creative ideas into functional digital experiences.
Provide clear design files, layouts, components, and visual direction for implementation.
Structure information and ideas into clear, engaging visual presentations.
Support the creation of proposals, campaign decks, case studies, and internal communications.
Take feedback, iterate quickly, and improve designs through collaboration.
Communicate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with different disciplines.
