• 5+ years of experience in IT vendor management, partner governance, or IT service delivery management.
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Fluent English is a must; ASEAN language skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding new Authorized Service Providers to ensure compliance with all policies.
• Build & Manage relationships with Authorized Service Providers.
• Lead regular Business Reviews with assigned Authorized Service Providers.
• Address conflicts related to partner performance.
• Support Authorized Service Providers in coordination of training.
