Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Shift hours: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM MYT.

Responsibilities

• Support collection activities by managing assigned portfolios and executing effective collection strategies.
• Drive collections & maintain customer relationships.
• Manage daily inbound calls from stakeholders to address queries.
• Perform reconciliation of customer’s accounts and timely clearance of Unapplied Cash & Credit Memos.

Skills

Fluent in both written and spoken German

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Good written and spoken English

Education

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
