ClinChoice is seeking a Field Clinical Manager to join a pharmaceutical company as a client-facing expert in the APAC region. You will bridge investigators, local teams and global study partners to ensure protocols are followed and study procedures run smoothly.

The role requires building strong relationships with site clinicians, supporting enrollment, coordinating training for OR, pharmacy and admin staff, and traveling up to 75% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in the healthcare industry.
• Experience in operating room environments.
• Clinical trial execution knowledge and familiarity with GCP.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally.

Responsabilités

• Act as liaison between external providers and internal teams for trial procedures.
• Ensure procedures follow study protocols and site needs are met.
• Lead on-site or remote training for OR, pharmacy and admin staff.
• Support site feasibility assessments and site visits with operations teams.
• Build relationships with Global Clinical Operations and trial partners.
