Human Made is seeking an Engineering Manager to balance technical oversight and people leadership in a fully remote, async-first setting. You will support engineers, drive high-quality software delivery, and collaborate with delivery and commercial teams across a global, distributed footprint.

You will mentor engineers, conduct performance reviews and shape team structure while promoting growth. Deep knowledge of WordPress, React, APIs and software architecture helps guide the squad with clear

Competenze

• Experience leading a software engineering team, ideally in an agency or consultancy environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English (CEFR C1) and excellent communication skills.
• Experience working in a remote global team and coordinating across time zones.
