Binance is building a tokenized equity capital markets product and seeks a Research Analyst to join a small, high-impact team. You will support the full product lifecycle—from due diligence to modeling and memos—driving decisions in a fast-moving environment where initiative matters.

The role requires rigorous analysis, strong communication, and willingness to own workstreams from research through execution.

Qualifications

• Experience: minimum 4 years in ECM or investment banking.
• Understanding of equity capital markets mechanics (IPOs, follow-ons).
• Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for memos/presentations.
• Self-starter: comfortable with ambiguity and ownership.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with digital assets, tokenization, or building expertise in on-chain equity offerings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough due diligence on issuers, companies, vendors, partners, and counterparties, presenting findings in clear, decision-ready formats.
• Build commercial and financial models to evaluate product structures, pricing, allocation, deal economics, and profitability.
• Conduct competitor and market research across the capital markets landscape to inform positioning and strategy.
• Prepare internal committee memos, decision documents, and management presentations translating complex analysis into concise recommendations.
• Track equity capital markets developments—pipeline, follow-ons, and broader market conditions—surface risks and opportunities.
• Support the transaction and product lifecycle, taking ownership of workstreams from research through to execution.
