Job summary

A leading pet food company in Malaysia is searching for a Demand Planning & Inventory Data Senior Specialist. This role involves owning the forecasting process, leading S&OP, and optimizing inventory across all warehouses. Ideal candidates should have over 5 years of experience in demand planning, expertise in SAP, and a strong foundation in supply chain processes. The position allows for remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in demand planning/forecasting or supply chain (FMCG/pet food preferred).
• Hands-on S&OP and inventory management experience.
• Strong proficiency with APS/ERP (SAP or similar), MRP, purchasing, and production planning.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain accurate forecasts for all product lines.
• Run the monthly S&OP cycle to align demand and supply.
• Track inventory health and trigger proactive actions.
