Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking passionate content creator interns to join our E‑Commerce team. You will create short‑form TikTok videos, brainstorm ideas, and publish content while analyzing performance to drive engagement and sales.

Ideal candidates are currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in mass communication or related fields, and are excited to learn about content marketing, social media trends, and e‑commerce while working from home.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Broadcasting, Media Studies, Digital Marketing, Creative Multimedia, Film Production, Advertising, Public Relations or related fields.
• Students from other disciplines are also encouraged to apply if you have a strong interest in becoming a content creator.
• Passionate about TikTok, social media and digital content.

Responsibilities

• Plan, brainstorm and develop creative content ideas for TikTok.
• Research trending topics, sounds, hashtags and viral content.
• Write engaging video scripts and storyboards.
• Produce UGC, product showcase videos, lifestyle content and trend-driven videos.
• Handle video shooting, including product styling, talent coordination and filming.
• Edit videos using CapCut or other editing software.
• Publish content on TikTok according to the content calendar.
• Monitor content performance and prepare basic post-performance analysis.
• Continuously optimise content based on data, audience engagement and platform trends.
• Collaborate closely with manager on campaign planning.
• Assist with other tasks when required.
