Qualifications

• 3+ years experience coaching professionals through all aspects of a job search.
• Experience coaching technical professionals strongly desired.
• ICF certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support laid off employees with their job search via video, telephone, and email.
• Act as liaison to other RiseSmart service providers.
• Coach clients on job search strategy and provide services like mock interviews.
