Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT vendor management, partner governance, or IT service delivery management.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new Authorized Service Providers, ensuring compliance.
• Build and manage relationships with Authorized Service Providers.
• Lead regular Business Reviews with partner organizations.
• Resolve conflicts and issues related to performance.
• Support training coordination for Authorized Service Providers.
