Job summary

A leading global gas and technology company in Malaysia is seeking a Production Execution Pilot to remotely manage operations of multiple Air Separation Units across the APAC region. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Control, with 1-5 years of related experience. Strong proficiency in English and digital tools is required. Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience as a Plant/Process Engineer or in Operations Management preferred.
• Capability to operate in a 24/7 shift environment.
• Ability to learn quickly and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Operate and optimize multiple Air Separation Units across APAC.
• Coordinate site activities and communicate effectively within the shift team.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and report on benefits.
