Job summary

RWS is seeking AI Data Specialists to support the improvement of AI-generated content in Chinese (Traditional and Simplified). This freelance, remote role offers flexible hours and the chance to work on diverse data tasks across audio, video, images, and text.

You’ll collect, annotate, and evaluate data; perform pairwise comparisons and labeling; and help shape safer AI models. Native Chinese fluency and strong English, plus interest in ML data work, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Chinese (Traditional and Simplified).
• Fluent English (B2–C2).
• Experience with AI data tasks and data annotation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data collection, evaluation, and annotation.
• Pairwise comparisons.
• Counting tasks.
• Object tagging and labeling across content types (audio, video, images, or collected data)
