Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or other Engineering related courses.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Semiconductor preferable.
• Fresh graduates with technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all reliability tasks are completed according to schedule and met cycle time with accurate documentation.
• Ensure all reliability tasks comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Perform reliability tests according to procedures, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Perform reliability data analysis to identify trends, abnormalities, or potential failure patterns.
• Prepare and deliver test results to requestors and engineers in a clear and accurate manner.
• Participate in improvement projects to enhance reliability workflow and reduce cycle time.
• Maintain 5S standards in the work area to ensure a safe and organized environment.
• Update and maintain relevant records in the SAP database.
