Job summary

A leading FMCG manufacturer seeks a Maintenance Manager in Malacca City. The ideal candidate will oversee maintenance activities, ensuring safety and performance in factory operations. Qualifications

• At least 8 years of working experience with 4 years in a leading position.
• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably in FMCG.
• Knowledge of TPM, GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Establish a reliability maintenance system to optimize factory operations.
• Lead the maintenance team in troubleshooting and major repairs.
• Analyse breakdowns and maintain necessary data retrieval systems.
