Responsible to achieve fee income on wealth & investment targets.
What you will do
- Single touch point to serve the high net worth individuals to fulfill their financial & banking needs via financial planning & customized wealth solutions.
 
- Ensure achievement of targets assigned
 
- Work with Branch Manager to ensure sales activities are in line with business direction
 
- Review performance with Branch Manager.
 
- Grow the AUM, fee income, profitability & customer base through active acquisition & prospecting of NTB high net worth individuals in the target market group
 
- Source for new business/customers
 
- Build rapport/enhance relationship with customers
 
- Joint sales marketing with Branch Manager
 
- Retain existing customers; grow share of wallet with the bank through cross-selling
 
- Ensure consistent delivery of high quality services to customers through meeting or exceeding customer expectation guided by the service level agreement, efficient / accurate standards and good business processes/ judgments.
 
- Ensure strict compliant to the Bank's standard policy and procedures, internal control and compliance, regulatory requirements and AMLA/CFT.
 
- Deliver good customer service and follow up.
 
- Ensure all customer complaints and feedback being resolved within TAT.
 
Qualifications
- Qualification - Degree from any university
 
- Minimum qualification – Diploma but must have at least 2 years’ experience in sales
 
- Candidates must have experience in branch sales and operations
 
- Vast knowledge in latest compliance, regulatory requirements and AMLA/CFT
 
- Proven track record in sales performance.
 
- Strong MS Excel skills
 
- Able to work in tight deadlines and stressful situation
 
- Ability to multi-task
 - Good command of English
