A prominent financial institution in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an individual to manage their SME portfolio. This role involves meeting personal and business targets while cross-selling a range of banking products and services to fulfill customer needs. Candidates should possess a degree or diploma, along with banking know-how, and relationship management experience. Fresh graduates or those with limited experience are also encouraged to apply. To manage the assigned SME portfolio with the objective of meeting personal and business centre targets.
To continuously cross‑sell the Bank’s products & services, with the objective of meeting the customer needs and achieving the Bank’s financial objectives.
To acquire new quality loan / deposit customers.
To execute business plans and strategies set by the Bank.
To comply with all relevant rules and regulations governing the Bank’s business.
To collaborate with product specialists in enhancing utilization of banking facilities, including by not limited to:
A University Degree / Diploma
Banking know‑how, credit knowledge preferred
Fresh graduate or those with 1‑2 years of working experience with basic banking know‑how
Minimum 2‑3 years in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending and relationship management (for Account Manager)
Minimum 3‑5 years in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending and relationship management (for Senior Account Manager)
