Job summary

A leading bank in Malaysia is looking for a candidate to manage an assigned SME portfolio, focusing on meeting targets and cross-selling financial products. Candidates should have a relevant degree and experience in commercial lending and relationship management. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or those with up to 5 years of experience in the banking sector.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or those with 1-2 years of working experience with basic banking know-how.
• Minimum 2-3 years in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending and relationship management (for Account Manager).
• Minimum 3-5 years in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending and relationship management (for Senior Account Manager).

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned SME portfolio to meet targets.
• Cross-sell Bank’s products & services to meet customer needs.
• Acquire new loan/deposit customers.
• Execute business plans and strategies set by the Bank.
• Comply with all rules and regulations governing the Bank’s business.
• Collaborate with product specialists to enhance utilization of banking facilities.

To acquire new quality loan / deposit customers.

To execute business plans and strategies set by the Bank.

To comply with all relevant rules and regulations governing the Bank’s business.

To collaborate with product specialists in enhancing utilization of banking facilities, including by not limited to,

• Trade
• Forex
• Cash Management Solutions

Requirement

• A University Degree / Diploma
• Banking know-how, credit knowledge preferred
• Fresh graduate or those with 1-2 years of working experience with basic banking know-how
• Minimum 2-3 years in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending and relationship management (for Account Manager) / Minimum 3-5 years in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending and relationship management (for Senior Account Manager)
