JOB PURPOSE

Responsible to solicit sales of all lending products, including related cross‑selling, under Direct Channel, Group Enterprise Banking.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Proactively solicit and market range of lending products including related cross‑selling, under Direct Channel.
  • Achieve stretched individual targets.
  • Provide support to Sales Manager in achieving team targets.
  • Provide consistent service, support and participate in all marketing activities undertaken in the Direct Channel from time to time.
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with property developers, real estate agents, lawyers, valuers and customers.
  • Ensure that lending applications and other required documentation related works comply and defect free.
  • Ensure at all time adherence to credit and business operational processes and compliant to regulatory and control requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Statistics, Accounting or related discipline. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
  • Preferably 2 or 3 years working experience in sales & marketing.
  • Possess relevant insurance licenses.
  • Good communication/interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Good time management.
  • Able to work independently with self‑initiative or without much supervision.
  • Able to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Competent in basic analysis of company and personal financials.
