Job summary

Public Bank is seeking motivated Sales Representatives in Malaysia to join our expanding team. You will promote financial planning products and assist clients in achieving their financial goals, while building trust and long-term relationships.

You will make daily calls from provided leads, collaborate with branch staff for referrals, and participate in events to drive sales. Training in sales and product knowledge will be provided. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• SPM with at least 5 passes including 3 credits in any subject.
• 3 years working experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Willing to travel and possess own transport.

Responsibilities

• Promote financial planning products (Unit Trust, Bancassurance, Will Writing, Dual Currency and Deposit) to prospective customers and help them meet short and long term financial goals.
• Perform daily calling from leads provided to secure daily sales appointments.
• Establish good relationships with branch staff and other departments to generate referrals for business.

Requirements :-

• Experience in sales and customer service will be an added advantage
• Result-oriented with desire to sell
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
• Fresh Diploma/Degree holders are also encouraged to apply. Training in sales and marketing techniques and product knowledge will be provided
