Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in legal or corporate governance roles.
• Ability to interpret complex legal, licensing, and regulatory issues.
• Attention to detail in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain legal and statutory records and governance documents.
• Independently manage licensing projects including preparations and submissions.
• Organize and maintain the Legal Department’s document repository.
• Provide research and legal support to the Legal Team.
