  • Prepare monthly key item results reporting for management.
  • Close monthly financial accounts for semi-dormant and dormant companies.
  • Prepare annual financial statements for subsidiaries.
  • Monitor intercompany transactions and balances.
  • Assist in preparing materials for Board meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide assistance on finance-related ad-hoc projects.
  • Maintain worksheets on competitive benchmarking and financial analysis.
