Job Duties
  • Provide professional advice and indicative values for all types of properties, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Prepare detailed valuation reports for various purposes, including sales, purchases, financing, and more.
  • Ensure all valuation work adheres to Malaysian Valuation Standards (MVS) and relevant regulatory guidelines.
  • Liaise with clients, bank officers, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders to facilitate smooth valuation processes.
  • Develop new business opportunities with banks, business entities, and corporate clients to expand the firm's client base.
  • Lead and supervise a team of valuers, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Provide strategic planning and operational improvement to enhance valuation services and overall operations.
