Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in property valuation, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation when required.
- Must be a team player and can work independently.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate property values accurately and provide well-reasoned assessments.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed to ensure comprehensive property evaluations.
Job Duties
- Provide professional advice and indicative values for all types of properties, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Prepare detailed valuation reports for various purposes, including sales, purchases, financing, and more.
- Ensure all valuation work adheres to Malaysian Valuation Standards (MVS) and relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Liaise with clients, bank officers, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders to facilitate smooth valuation processes.
- Develop new business opportunities with banks, business entities, and corporate clients to expand the firm's client base.
- Lead and supervise a team of valuers, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Provide strategic planning and operational improvement to enhance valuation services and overall operations.
