Job Title: Registered Staff Nurse at Confinement Centre, Melaka
Location: Melaka Raya, Melaka
Working Days/Hours: 4-5 days a week, 12-hour rotational shift

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care to mothers and newborns, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.
  • Assist mothers with breastfeeding techniques and provide guidance on newborn care.
  • Monitor the health and well‑being of newborns, including vital signs and developmental milestones.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery and other care areas, adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies or medical concerns and escal ate issues to the appropriate medical personnel or management.
  • Educate mothers and families on postpartum recovery and newborn care, addressing any concerns with compassion.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless care delivery during shift changes.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records and ensure confidentiality.
