Job summary

KPJ Sabah Specialist Hospital is seeking a registered nurse to provide professional care in an assigned unit. You will follow doctors’ orders, perform shift handovers, document care accurately, and participate in unit meetings and patient education.

The ideal candidate holds a valid Malaysian nursing license, is proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and has BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. Microsoft Office literacy is required.

Qualifications

• Registered with Nursing Board of Malaysia with a valid practicing license.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
• Certified in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• Microsoft Office literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per unit care plan and doctor orders.
• Perform shift handovers and maintain proper documentation.
• Conduct regular patient rounds and reassess care plans.
• Coordinate with doctors, Unit Manager and staff to ensure patient safety.
• Participate in unit meetings and infection control practices.
