Responsibilities

Render professional nursing care as part of the holistic patient care plan, under medical staff direction.
Work shift duties as assigned by Unit Manager and adhere to unit operating hours.
Report changes affecting standards of care to the Unit Manager and hand over patient cases.
Provide patient assessments, plan care, and ensure orders are carried out before shift changes.
Conduct regular rounds to assess patients, communicate with families, and document care.
Assist doctors during ward rounds and procedures, following orders and delegating tasks as needed.
