Responsibilities

• Understands and carries out nursing care in line with Vision and Mission Statements and unit goals.
• Performs shift duties and handovers as assigned by Unit Manager.
• Informs Unit Manager of changes affecting standards of care.
• Visits every patient with the team to assess condition and re-plan nursing care as needed.
• Reports abnormal findings and progress to doctors/consultants.
• Conducts regular nursing rounds to identify additional patient needs and provide emotional support.
