• Perform shift duties as assigned by the Unit Manager to ensure quality care.
• Handover patient progress and follow doctors' orders before shifts change.
• Visit patients with the team to assess conditions and re-plan care.
• Document nursing care accurately and report abnormal findings promptly.
• Educate patients and families and communicate clearly with the care team.
