Job summary

A leading beverage company in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, mainly in FMCG, strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu, and the ability to build and manage effective teams. Responsibilities include developing top-performing outlets, ensuring the sales team is equipped to execute strategies, and analyzing team performance. This role is essential for driving growth and building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG.
  • Experience in leading and managing distributors is an added advantage.
  • Own transportation is required.

Responsibilities

  • Regularly visit and develop top-performing outlets.
  • Own area P&L and meet monthly volume targets.
  • Ensure Sales Team is motivated and resourced to execute plans effectively.
  • Analyze team performance and monitor daily execution and incentives.
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure compliance with company standards.
