  • Talent Development: Lead succession planning, talent reviews, and career growth strategies.

  • Learning: Champion continuous learning and development aligned with business priorities.

  • Talent Acquisition: Partner on recruitment strategies, onboarding, and employer branding.

  • Performance Management: Facilitate calibration sessions and deliver actionable insights to enhance performance.

  • Compensation & Benefits: Ensure fairness and competitiveness in reward practices.

  • Administration: Maintain accuracy in HR systems and streamline processes for efficiency.
