Workforce Planning
- Shape organizational structures that enable agility and growth for IT & Data.
- Anticipate future talent needs, optimize resources, and deliver strategic workforce plans.
- Consolidate and present manpower insights to influence regional decisions.
HR Processes & Strategic Projects
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor, resolving complex issues and promoting a harmonious workplace.
- Organization Development: Drive transformation initiatives and support vision-building processes.
- Talent Development: Lead succession planning, talent reviews, and career growth strategies.
- Learning: Champion continuous learning and development aligned with business priorities.
- Talent Acquisition: Partner on recruitment strategies, onboarding, and employer branding.
- Performance Management: Facilitate calibration sessions and deliver actionable insights to enhance performance.
- Compensation & Benefits: Ensure fairness and competitiveness in reward practices.
- Administration: Maintain accuracy in HR systems and streamline processes for efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in HRBP roles with regional or multi-country exposure.
- Strong HR generalist expertise and proven ability to manage complex, diverse geographies.
- Demonstrated capability to influence senior stakeholders and lead change & transformation initiatives.
- Experience overseeing IT & Data functions is a strong advantage.
