Job description
Regional Senior Executive, Supply Chain & Sourcing (Food)

The Senior Executive, Supply Chain & Sourcing (Food Squad) plays a key role in ensuring that every food product developed by the team can be efficiently sourced, produced, and scaled across regions.

You will be responsible for identifying the right suppliers, managing costs and lead times, ensuring quality compliance, and coordinating supply readiness ahead of each product launch. Working closely with Category Owners, Operations, and QA, you’ll help turn product innovation into commercial reality — balancing quality, cost, and speed to market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for food ingredients, semi-finished goods, and packaging materials.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supply agreements that align with business cost targets.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliability, quality, and innovation support.
  • Partner with QA and R&D to assess supplier capabilities and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
  • Supply Chain Readiness
  • Coordinate end-to-end supply readiness for new food launches — from sample procurement to mass rollout.
  • Track and ensure on-time delivery of materials, components, and finished goods for launch readiness.
  • Work closely with Operations and Warehouse teams to forecast demand and secure adequate supply.
  • Support logistics and stock allocation planning for new product introductions (NPI).
  • Monitor ingredient and packaging cost trends; propose cost improvement or alternative sourcing options.
  • Consolidate supplier base where possible to improve economies of scale.
  • Maintain cost benchmarking and sourcing databases for continuous improvement.
  • Support SKU rationalization efforts by analyzing sourcing complexity and operational fit.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Category Owners, R&D, QA, and Operations to align on sourcing specifications and supply timelines.
  • Attend food squad development reviews and provide supply chain feasibility input early in the product design stage.

Partner with Marketing and Operations to ensure launch execution is not delayed by supply constraints.
