Job summary

The SEA Regional COE Statutory Compliance Analyst at Stanley Black & Decker will prepare taxes related accounting entries and coordinate with Shared Service Team and business units for timely month end postings.

You will produce reconciliations for statutory tax balances, manage tax accounts, and assist in monthly SEA statutory financial statements. The role supports audits and ensures documentation is complete for external and internal reviews.

Responsibilities

• Prepare taxes related accounting entries and work with Shared Service Team and Business for timely month end posting
• Prepare supporting balance sheet accounts reconciliation for all statutory taxes balances during month end close
• Manage and monitor all taxes accounts
• Prepare monthly SEA statutory financial statements (Income statement & balance sheet)
• Prepare reconciliation US GAAP reporting to Statutory financial statement adjustments and maintain transparency and visibility in the statutory financial statement
• Work with business / Shared Service Team ensuring all accounting records documentation maintained accurately for auditing purposes
• Support annual external / internal audit and provide related supporting documents
