Regional Sales Manager – Semiconductor

Salary: RM 20K

Working Hours: Standard

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business development in Malaysia, with a strong focus on IC design houses
  • Identify and develop opportunities with selected OSATs and semiconductor ecosystem partners
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies using personal networks, partner introductions, or direct outreach
  • Build long-term relationships with customers manufacturing ICs across APAC
  • Promote IC tester solutions and position the company as a trusted testing partner
  • Collaborate closely with HQ engineers and technical teams to propose suitable testing solutions
  • Provide market insights, customer intelligence, and competitive updates to Taiwan HQ
  • Represent customer meetings, industry events, and regional engagements
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Business, or related field
  • Semiconductor industry background is mandatory
  • Experience in semiconductor equipment, IC testing, or related B2B technical sales
  • Strong understanding of the Malaysia semiconductor ecosystem
  • Proven ability to work independently with strong self‑management and discipline
  • Hunter mindset with the ability to build markets from scratch
  • Business-level Mandarin for communication with Taiwan HQ (native-level not required)
  • Fluent in English
  • Willingness to travel across Malaysia and APAC as required
