Qualifications

• 10 years in sales management or technical sales, preferably in plastics or machining.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of stock shapes and CNC/fabrication processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for APAC and global markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts.
• Collaborate with Engineering for quotations and pricing.
• Handle complex sales scenarios and negotiate deals.
• Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.
